Autana - 6 - 8 person Indoor & Outdoor Traditional & Infrared Sauna

The main sauna arrived first and one small part came separately, so we waited a bit. Support explained what happened and checked back after the second box came. Works well now, just a little annoying at first.

We installed it in a basement corner and had one question about the custom fit. The team answered quick and helped us make a small adjustment. looks clean and doesn’t take over the room.

I use it after long runs and my husband uses it after lifting. The traditional and infrared setup is nice because we don’t always want the same kind of heat.

I use the infrared setting most mornings because I don’t always have time for a full long sauna session. It warms up quick and still gives me that relaxed feeling before work. My husband likes the traditional heat better, so it’s nice having both in one setup.

We put ours in the garage gym and had a question about spacing from the wall. they replied same day and walked me through it. It fits better than I thought, still leaves room for the bike and weights.
