Do you have a recommendation as to whether a client should steam first and then sauna or vice versa? and why?

We would suggest someone to steam first, then use the dry sauna
The steam hydrates the skin, and then the dry sauna drys them out

Are there restrictions (health related) for anyone that should not use steam rooms?

It is important that people drink plenty of water prior to using the steam room

Is there a customer service team readily available for questions regarding the equipment?

Yes, we offer customer service on site for our customers and you will have a direct for white glove customer support

How would you train us to properly use the equipment?

We would be happy to do virtual training on zoom to discuss best practices on an ongoing basis for the team and staff

Should a repair need to be made, would Geyser send a technician to our site and is this covered under warranty?

Yes, one of our technicians would come on site to fix the unit when needed
This does fall under our warranty, and we always go above and beyond to ensure a healthy relationship with our clients

How long is recommended for a steam session? 15 mins? 30 mins?

The recommended session length is no longer than 20 min
We would recommend 15-20 min sessions for your clients

How long should we book for a steam session for private clients?

We would recommend 45 min time blocks for the steam room
15 min for the unit to heat to optimal temperature
20 min for the maximum steam room session
10 min for a quick wipe down from the team & for client to leave the room
