Yes, you can return a product within 30 days of receiving your order if it is damaged, faulty upon arrival, does not work as advertised, or if you simply wish to return it. All returned items must be undamaged and include original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

If your return meets our guidelines, we will reimburse you the price of the purchased products. Please note that the cost of shipping, including original shipping charges for items with free shipping promotions, will be deducted from your refund total. Return shipping costs vary by location, and you can contact us with your zip code for an estimate. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply based on the condition of the unit. Fees for professional assembly or disassembly, and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued within 5-15 business days of receiving the returned order. It may take an additional 2 to 10 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
All our products come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. For any issues, contact us, and we will either fix the problem or provide a replacement. You can extend your warranty to 3 years for an additional cost.
Orders canceled within 24 hours are subject to a processing fee of up to 10%. Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% fee and must be requested in writing. Refunds take about 15 business days to process.
Exchanges are not part of our return policy. Accepted returns will be refunded to the original payment source as per our refund policy. Damaged orders rejected upon delivery will be replaced at no extra cost.
If you return more than $9,900 within a 12-month period, you will be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if this policy applies to your situation.
