Definitely luxury…and worth it😀
The instructions were missing and a part was damaged during transit. I reached out to customer service and they helped me out. The assembly is easy but I am an old lady and the panels are heavy for me so I would recommend hiring a local handyman to assemble it for just a couple hundred dollars. It took about 3 hours to assemble between 2 guys. My order was shipped in 1 week and arrived 2 weeks after placing the order. Besides these issues, the unit works well. It heats a lot and I feel the benefits. Just wait about 20 mins after turning on with the door closed for the cabin to warm up.
I love this unit, I use it everyday! Great customer support. One of the small siding parts was damaged during transit but they sent me another one the next day. Looks great in my garage and was a fast and easy purchase, it arrived in about 1 week.
