Manufacturer’s Warranty GeyserSteam
Warranty:
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of GeyserSteam.
This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from GeyserSteam (the "Physical Goods").
Coverage:
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, GeyserSteam will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Repairs or Replacements:
At our discretion, GeyserSteam will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
● Unauthorized modifications or repairs, extreme environmental conditions, accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
Claims Process:
To make a warranty claim, please contact our Customer Service Department at hello@geysersteamroom.com within the warranty period. Proof of purchase may be required. Our representatives will guide you through the claim process and provide instructions for returning the product, if necessary.
Extended Warranty Option:
For added peace of mind, an extended warranty option is available for purchase with your order. When an extended warranty is added to your order, it extends the coverage provided by the original manufacturer's warranty for an additional period beyond the initial one-year coverage (i.e. 3 years).
If you choose to include the extended warranty with your order, the coverage will be the same as the original manufacturer's warranty for the extended period, in addition to the initial one-year coverage provided with all of our steam rooms.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product as described above. In no event shall GeyserSteam be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
