Shipping Policy

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship worldwide. Contact us before placing an order outside the US or in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

How do I track my package?

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your unit ships from our facility in Florida. You can also reach out to our customer support desk at hello@geysersteamroom.com to ask questions anytime.  

How long does it take for an order to arrive? 

Your order will be shipped in about 2-7 business days. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2-6 business days for the United States depending on the location. 

The orders are shipped via freight. Once we ship your order you will receive an email with the trackinging information. When the order reaches the local terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. 

Upon Receipt of Package

1. Before signing any paperwork, thoroughly inspect the items delivered to you.
     a. Check if there are any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures and make sure to note this when signing the delivery receipt. A signed delivery receipt, without notations of damage, represents your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report the damage may result in delaying or refusing freight claims. If a damage is found during the inspection and the damage is unacceptable, reject the delivery due to damage and the carrier will ship it back to us and we will send you a replacement. 

2. Count all the pieces of your package and ensure they’re accounted for.
     a. Immediately report any missing pieces within 24 hours by emailing directly at hello@geysersteamroom.com or via our contact us page. This 48-hour window is vital as we will not be able to replace missing pieces after this window

3. Should “concealed” damages (damages not visible at the time of the delivery) occur, report immediately by emailing directly at hello@geysersteamroom.com or via our contact us page.

Refusals

Refusing the receipt of your order upon delivery for any reason other than damaged goods or shipping error will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges. 

If the refusal was due to damages, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is refused, the order will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
